FALL WORKSHOPS WITH MICHELE
Level 1 Meditation
For students who have little or no practice in meditation. Michele will guide you to inner stillness and mental clarity as you wend your way through the joys and challenges of this ancient practice.
The class will be varied in scope. Additional aspects of yoga will be introduced to support meditation in the form of movement, breathing practices, refined concentration and withdrawal of the senses.
Learning to "sit" without pain will be addressed.

Level 2 Meditation
For students who have practiced meditation for a minimum of one year. Through her ability to read energy, Michele will guide you toward a deepening of your practice. Conscious management of energy and the art of surrender will be explored and practiced.
The session format will consist of a 45-minute meditation with 15 minutes devoted to lecture/discussion.

Restorative Asana
For all-level students. Relax, renew, restore. This class builds energy and peace of mind with a small output of energy through the careful use of props to support the body.
